Neil can draw upon excellent global relationships and has his finger on the pulse in the international insurance hubs. He has established several valuable insurance market facilities in the London insurance market and is an intuitive ‘match maker’; he has a knack for delivering innovative products and solutions with unprecedented value. When he’s not in the office, he goes to the gym, looks after his lifestyle block and if he has any time left, follows most sport.

David Weston
Operations Manager
Member of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand (IBANZ)
David cut his teeth in the insurance industry in 1970 with the Royal Insurance Company NZ Limited; a predecessor in business to Vero.
Since then, he has built up substantial experience and largely liaised at senior management and board level, however he operates with natural ease at any level.
Throughout his career, he has covered the breadth of risk and insurance exposures and has acted for shipping, petrochemical, forestry and aerospace industries (military and civilian). He has advised government and corporate entities throughout Australasia and the Pacific.
David is an expert at conflict resolution and has superior negotiation skills. He is unreservedly passionate about his profession and the people he meets as a result – often it leads to long-term relationships, as his bursting address book demonstrates. His other passions are his whanau, friends and musicianship. He has been known to break out his surfboard occasionally when the temperature “is right”.
Jo Kiro
Servicing Broker
Member of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand (IBANZ)
Jo is best described as “a positive force in claims management”. She is the quintessential customer service professional and unashamedly outcome-based at that. In her case, that translates into “managing claims to a successful conclusion”.
In addition to her claims role, Jo is responsible for servicing our domestic portfolio and provides support on account management.
With nearly a decade in various claims roles Jo walks the talk. She represents her clients’ interests like her own and has time management skills second to none. As a result, she manages her case loads with tremendous efficiency and great success.
A descendent of Ngati Kuri and Nga Puhi, she enjoys family and netball.
